Quincy Burt
Director of Development
Quincy Burt joined the FCHC team in February of 2024. Quincy has been in and around ministry since being born again at the age of five. Quincy is a Galilean Christian Academy graduate with a bachelor's degree in Media Communications from Asbury University. His first calling to use his God-given voice was performing the Carman hit "God in America Again" with the Galilean Children's Home choir. At age 17, Quincy became a voice in Christian radio, followed by a sports broadcasting and journalism career. He went on to work in Public Relations and as Development Director for Galilean Home Ministries for seven years. God has used Quincy's experience in media, coaching sports, and his exprience in development to allow him to cultivate relationships to further His Kingdom. Quincy loves competitive sports and has a particular (some would say, questionable) affinity for the University of Kentucky Wildcats. Quincy is husband to the lovely Rachel, and together they are parents to three wonderful children.

Annette Reich
President
Annette Reich moved to New Mexico from Kentucky in 1999 to join Four Corners Home for Children as a house parent in the House of Faith. She then served in marketing, and as on-air talent for Vertical Radio, before taking the role of Director of Children & Family Services. In 2019, the Four Corners Home for Children Board of Directors elected her President of Four Corners Home for Children. Annette is an avid sports fan and is devoted to the Duke Blue Devils basketball team, making it slightly uncomfortable for her to work with staff members who have questionable loyalties to the Kentucky Wildcats. Annette is married to Pastor Chuck Reich, and together they have seven children and ten perfect grandchildren.

Amanda Richesin
House of Faith
Mandy, a Farmington native, joined Four Corners Home for Children in May, 2024 as House Mom for our House of Faith. She has served in children’s ministry, the worship team and is also co-leader (with her husband Isaiah) of a young adults small group at Day3 Church. Mandy had been praying about if there was more The Lord would want from her in terms of ministry when God used a question from her husband to spark a conversation about joining FCHC as house parents. She loves her plants and her coffee. She has quality organizational skills, and loves serving with her church family, but nothing equals her passion to care for children.

Isaiah Richesin
Maintenance & House of Faith
Isaiah brings a lot of experience to our maintenance team and is also House Dad for our House of Faith. He made his way to Four Corners Home for Children as part-time maintenance help in April, 2024. It didn’t take long for him to talk to his wife, Amanda, about becoming house parents. He has a big heart to help others and loves kids. Zay serves at Day3 Church in several capacities including leadership (with his wife) of a young adults small group. He has spent most of his life right here in Farmington. A master on the grill and coffee aficionado, Mr. Zay has many gifts and talents he adds to the team at FCHC. Oh, and, we can’t forget about another addition to the House of Faith - Rocky, a Pomeranian/Weiner dog mix, that the kids absolutely adore.

Chris Self
Facilities Manager
Farmington born and raised, Chris Self became part of our FCHC family in February of 2024. Chis grew up in a Christian home, but attributes answering the call to pursue full-time ministry to a mentor during time spent in Midland, Texas. He loves his local church and it was his Pastor at Day3 Church that pointed him in the direction of Four Corners Home for Children. Chris said, “From the moment I walked in the door, it felt like home.” With a background in engineering, sales, and even running his own business - Chris brings to our 16-acre campus at Four Corners the Jack-of-all-trades experience that a good maintenance man needs. He has a heart for serving people and his three beautiful children are the center of his world. His servant heart is a major asset to our family.
